Oh, I'm sure you could easily look into... ...the course requirements at universities in your locale or otherwise. The particular university that I attended somehow has graduated many very good journalists who have gone on to become some of the best in the U.S. For decades. Myself -- I went for the money <g> ... always liked to romance the truth -- to a degree -- corporate PR and advertising is my small place in this world. The people that I know who are professional journalists have an innate integrity ... and therefore deep natural cynicism ... regarding all professional politicians. Personally, I respect the journalists that I know more than others in any profession ... requires guts (courage) and conviction. Those that I know well are truly honest in how they chose to live their lives, manifest most obviously in their career selection years ago. 'b-i-a' ###
