I think George Bush's strongest suit is that he is a consensus builder and a leader. People like him and will follow him. He is smart enough and doens't have the big ego that would preclude him from surrounding himself with the very best talent in our country. If you assess the Clinton Gore administration you will see that is one area they have been very weak. Many of their cabinet are lightweights. I think ego causes that. Clinton and Gore feel they own the ball and they want people they do not feel threaten them. Bush doesn't have that ego and will surround himself with excellent people. He will also, based on his record in Texas, be able to rally democrats and independents to establish coalitions that can work for the good of our country opposed to the present status of polarization between the parties and an effort to even create a chasm between our people. Bush and Cheney will create a better road for our country and our people.
