Ted thats only running from the problem if you view the problem as bas public schools rather then viewing the problem that some kids are getting bad educations in bad schools. Replaceing a bad way of doing somthing with a better way of foing it is not running from the problem. Buying a computer with an AMD cpu because Intel CPUs give you less performance for the money is not running from the problem of overpriced Intel CPUs that don't have good binsplits for higher mhz rateings it just makeing the smart decision to buy the best computer :)

The schools per se are not bad...its the societal issues which manifest themselves in our school system that are the problem. In the great American tradition, the voucher system is another attempt to avoid dealing with those problems.

So I view it as running away.
