Ted,

Besides I know of few people who would go to their boss and tell him to quit fooling around with the office hottie 'cause its adultery.

If I was on friendly terms with my boss, I would absolutely tell him to stop, not because it is adultery, but because he would get fired if anybody found out. (Especially if she was an intern)
