Thanks for the clarification - I guess it would be better if it was SDLS, but it sure beats a regular modem connection.

I did have a slight service problem - that is why I called. This week the service went down about three times for me. It only goes down for a few minutes and then it is fine. This is the first week that I am using that firewall. Do you think there is any correlation here? I don't know if that would cause problems with the dsl or not. I did mention it to the tech guy and he said it could be possible, but I probably would have had installation problems if that were the case - which I didn't have.
