It is now clear they will issue all tranches ASAP as long as the stock is above 5. They seem to be eager to get the money in their pocket. This is good for Loral stockholders and G* debt holders. It is not clear if it is good for GSTRF. There are a number of ways to spin it. Let me try a positive spin: By getting most of the stock overhanging the market out of the way before the quarterly release, any rise of the stock because of positive news will not be capped unduly.
