I'm new to SI but have been reading this board for nearly a year. Wonderful stuff. You all have helped me learn about Q and to stay with it when times were especially bad. I hope to get comfortable enough to become part of the regular discussion in due time. In regards to the game last night: Cooters, I'm a Met fan from NYC area. And you are right. The pitch was a ball. But Bonds should have protected the plate on that pitch and the previous called strike. Both too close to take. DrIrak
