OK here's something that might be interesting, and then again maybe not.... the VLE index has this morning collapsed to 1104, a level I have been waiting for. this is an old Marty Zwieg tell that a down market has begun and developed to the extent that it is wise to exit the market until the VLE turns up 4% [from whatever low it reaches] realizing Zweig is ancient history, this has been a good tell over the years. the VLE is now sitting at its trend line, and should it break below that, I guess I will widen my scales for further pruchases of UOPIX on the downside I am now 40% invested with an average price of 70 or so, that is probably high compared to you old timers, but considering my first three buys were at 85 90 and 91, I dont feel too bad <G> good luck Bob
