Hi Eric - that is very true. Maybe except for country docs, most independent MDs are likely to have [shared] office managers anyway. The real question is how this constitency will employ HLTH services. With HLTH strategy shifting and evolving since her inception, what is her current strategy now. I mean, if the net can provide the docs record keeping etc etc, it can be a very appealing strategy. I'd imagine there are still a lot of clinic type with paper folders etc. I understand HLTH has already had deals with drug stores like CVS etc. Another appeal to cut red tape --- not to mention error in dispensing drugs due to bad handwriting! best, Bosco
