all true, but the 0,08 limit has been proven to be the one that allows most people to still perform reasonably well reaction time wise.

more generally, drunk driving is not a victim-less crime, and as such is an area where imo the state should be allowed to impose limits, or do whatever is necessary to combat it effectively.
