It is truly amazing, to both myself and I am sure others here at SI, the incredible arrogance of those posting here criticizing the alert my site made to dump all long-term holdings September 21. The Nasdaq has crashed nearly 500 points since then. We were early, as the brief rally 9/22 made very clear, but we were correct in our final assessment of this market. We stood by our alert to sell all LT holdings and at that time remarked that the rally was a fake one. It is glaring that on that day, September 22, when this discussion began, not a single one of you made any commentary that we were "unlucky" when the Naz rallied into the crash call. I personally came here to admit we miscalculated that particular day. At that point, according to the self-appointed guardians of the markets here we were completely incompetent. Now that the market has indeed crashed, all of a sudden we are "lucky." Those of you posting in this manner would do well to take a few entry-level courses in elementary logic and perhaps an introduction to morality, ethics and honesty.

To he who posted, "I thought the market was a random walk." If that is true, my friend, then why bother posting on a site dedicated to the markets at all? Better for you to go to Las Vegas. I hear that, unlike market makers and investment banks, that establishment will be more than happy to underwrite your travel expenses, including drinks, dinner and an impressive penthouse suite.

For those of you who question my posting on this thread, I would point out to you that every member of SI has the right to answer remarks such as those made here the past two weeks directed at both myself and Stock Operators.

I should add that I am most very flattered that we would be attacked in this way, by these kinds of individuals. It is a very great compliment. We thank you.

Sincerely,
