Front Page article on Capital One on IBD on Oct 3,2000. Ater reading this article I don't want to do business with this bank. Read the article yourself. They treat their own credit card customers like crap. They raise rates from 12 to 20 percent if they think they can get away with it.... I'm glad Investors Business Daily wrote this article. No way I'll ever deal with this bunch. They have names for people that do things like this.
