Count, I scanned your website quickly. You might want to correct an error I found in the first couple of paragraphs that you print:

The following "news play" results assume taking all entries and exits exactly as called, trading 300 shares on each, and $40 per round-trip trade in commissions. These calculations assume a trading account of $75,000.00 (100-share lots for each $25,000 in available trading capital.) You may notice the number of shares is fixed no matter the price level of any stock - this is to weight trading in favor of large-cap stocks.

As long as you are not trading penny stocks, the price of a stock is not correlated with the market cap of that stock. In addition, by trading 300 shares fixed at a time and limiting the size of your portfolio, you are eliminating a large number of higher priced stocks from your trading mechanism completely, which unnecessarily limits your universe without any benefit at all.
