No, it is quite simple. Any publicly traded company should be allowed to pay all of part of their FICA taxes in the form of their stock. This takes the decision out of the hands of the trustees and puts it in the businesses. Workers should also be allowed to make their contributions in the form of stock -- of their company or anything else.
