That's what I'd heard. Some continue to commit crimes into their 30's, 40's and 50's so the percentage, while flattening out, does increase beyond 39% (it is a cumulative statistic). I don't know what the actually number is for, say, 50 year olds. But whether it is only 39% or 51% (the minimum to make my original statement true), I find the number horrifying.
