If I were a betting man, I'd place odds that I'm never going to get a call back from Monsieur Glass. Ah well.... The stock is keeping above $1. Hip, hip, hooray (for now), unless you want to buy more at a cheaper price. If the escrow money were released, would there be any news of it anywhere? What about if the appeal was definitely final and remittitur was ordered (if I've remembered my appellate jargon correctly)? Guess you'd have to call the Federal Appellate Court....hmmmm, that's an idea... Don't think I've ever owned a stock in a company that has 1 employee and which provides no way for SH to discover basic facts. Makes for an exciting ride. Hope it's not analagous to JFK, Jr. flying with no horizon to guide him to Martha's Vineyard. ;-)
