at 500K shares per tranche, it will take 9-13 weeks to move the remaining 77M$ worth of stock, depending on how the price holds out.

9 weeks if they can get 7$ per share average
13 weeks at 5$ per share average

Of course, it will be faster if some news moves the price up...but in the absence of news, the systematic selling of 5% of the average daily volume every two days is gonna make it tough on the stock price.

Yet another great buying op for LT investors, I suppose....
