Did you mean increase production?. If so IMO it must be intentional cuz no group of people could be that stupid.
I can't think of any other industry that would go all out to increase production while their product continues to drop in price. Maybe former US president Bush or former Canadian Prime Minister Mulruiney who just happen to be on the board of directors of Barrick could explain???
