I told alot of people that VIX at 18-19 was BIG time SELL Signal. I think We need to see VIX at 30-40 before we are done here. Despite conventional wisdom FEAR is still not high enough if you measure the RYDEX BULL and BEAR fund inflows. People are still betting long in a big way. I am looking for huge fall this afternnon into Monday.
