Maybe someone can help me out? I went to this website to try to get to the bottom of things: findlaw.com I tried looking at Sept., 2000 opinions (didn't see any listed with Cadus or SIBIA in the title) and also typed in SIBIA and Cadus in the name search--with no results. This was a case from the 9th Circuit, wasn't it? Anyone have the docket number or caption of the case? Thanks. BTW, guess my observation that the stock held up over $1 is now wrong.
