Don't know if you're joking or not, but I don't think Sledgehammer will be a drop-in replacement for Athlon, especially if Sledgehammer replaces the EV6 interface with LDT. In other words, Sledgehammer will require new chipsets (or at least new motherboards if certain chipset components can indeed be reused).
