I guess I am being a little greedy. I haven't sold. It was very difficult not to sell. Having a nice profit after picking up some @ 8.5.

It appears that they had a previous agreement.Spectra-Physics retains a
license granted under the 1983 Technology Agreement to use SDL patents issued or
applied for prior to June 25, 1993.

I wonder why they paid so much? Was it a testament to what they feel their patents are worth from June 26th 1993 to the present?
