The file is self extracting, a little DOS
window will run, and then the Word document
will plop out on your desktop. Unless you
are not running windows, then who knows what
will happen.

Simply select the daily log, and look down the list--
2000/09/06 99-1381.exe DCT Sibia Neurosciences v. Cadus Pharmaceutical (I assume the docket number is 99-1381)

I was going to have my wife read it--see if she could help me out. Well, it wasn't more than a minute before I realized that this is way over her head--and not a prayer for me.

Hope nobody flinches that I've blurted out the answer
for everybody--I don't think it is good Karma to hold
anything back, and for heavens sake, the damn shares
are falling!

Here is the part I do understand:
Because we determine that the asserted claims are obvious as a matter of law, we reverse.

Truth is, I happened to be watching the day it was posted,
and was able to snag a nice trade. Wish I'd bought more,
but then, here we are under a buck, weird.

I'll say it again, if the PTO goes back on their
word, I'll be mightily pissed off.
