Seems as though we may have a lot of fuel for tax loss selling season -- both in biotech and internut land. I would like to put together a planned strategy to benefit from stock prices temporarily depressed due to tax selling (versus stocks sold because they are overpriced). Since I am a newbie at this particular game, I am wondering if any one has experience at buying during tax selling season; and would they be willing to share their methods?

Some questions: (please excuse my ignorance!)
When does tax selling season start? (middle of Nov is my guess)
Does call buying make sense on some of the larger stocks? (INCY,CRA, for example)
Any particular "events" to look for? (large increase in volume, perhaps)

All thoughts, comments, opinions, certainly welcome!
