Hi GZ, in your new digs <g>. Today sucked for me, I'm having a hard time being nimble. I envy your ability to do so- to me it's like turning around an ocean liner in my mind- well, maybe not quite! But I do get attached to my notions, and usually they're on the long side. I had a chance to make profit on Qcom calls this a.m., also some NTAP, but kept them. Last year, buying and adding to winning positions paid off really big, but at least so far this fall, it seems like small quick profits have to be taken, or they go away. How did you develop your trading philosophy? (not a small question I'm sure!)- I'd like to know what resource you found most valuable in developing your techniques. I'm great as long as the market is going up, like most (gulp) 'clowns', and that's no way to live....! Did you like the close today at all? ): At least off the lows. And NTAP held in like a champ. A bright spot in the day!
