Bob: But the SP's pledged this money before the Bear S deal. BLS had no problem "putting the screws" to the partners when it became apparent that the Chase LOC would not be extended. However, the 68 Million in "New Money" (which is really only 56 million, until we here back from the Chinese). Is a classic example of BLS "pump and dump" tactics. Just before the last "secondary" BLS paraded around 19 million in "Pre-Sold" Minutes the the SP's had "committed to". In order to show that G* does not equal I*. Of course the "pre-sold" minutes became "pre-commited" minutes, and we have heard nothing about them sense then. But, the stock moved up and BLS sold the Secondary. Again, we see a similar pattern.. Announce the "partner financing package", and immediately sell equities!!

If anything the additional 56 million of "commitments" from the SP's should have further negated the necessity for the type of "sell at any price mentality" that we are now observing! Bernie want's the money NOW!! Not next Month, Not next Year... NOW!!!

This type of action should make one ponder.. WHY??

Believe me.. If I though that financing would be continuious into the future.. Then I would be buying the BONDS!! But, this current course of action leads me to believe otherwise!
