I am not trying to start a political discussion about Serbia. I responed to the first post about Milosovic because
this situation will effect the flow of European money out of the Stock Market IMHO.

OT I would expect their tone to change once the money begins flowing in from the West. Also, I think it is very
dangerous, at this point, for him to say publicly that he would turn Milsovic over to the Tribunal. Milsovic is a
very dangerous man, especially when he is backed into a corner.

He said he would *NOT* turn over Milosovic and he called the WAr Crimes Tribunal a farce to play politics in the region. He denounced the NATO bombing and has recently compared Milosovic and NATO on equal terms. The Serbs may not take money from the West. They don't appreciate having their country Bombed to hell, for what they see as no reason. Including the bombing of the Chinese Emabassy and maternity wards. The American press did not cover the story of ethnic cleansing of Serbs out of Kosovo by the KLA while the U.S. and KFOR troops responsible for "keeping the Peace" watched and did nothing. The Serbs won't forget this any time soon. There are virtually NO SERBS left in Kosovo. The genocide story's were lies and War propaganda totally and completely. On the cover of Investors Bussiness Daily they exposed the fact that the "smoking gun of genocide", at at mine in a town whose name I can't spell, found nothing. There were supposed to be hundreds of bodys in this mine if not a thousand. They found ZERO. Then it was claimed that the Serbs must have first thrown them in the mine then moved them. The forensic team went in and took solvent and rags and wiped the walls and rocks in the mine. Then looked at the samples under microscopes. Not a single drop of blood was found. Again this was a story on the front page of IBD. If IBD is a credible source the whole reason for the Bombing and placing od U.S. Troops in Kosov was a big lie. Serbs won't forget this anytime soon. Serbs, both pro Milosovic and anti- Milosovic see NATO as a invading army. Rather than take money from the West, they might prefer Military support from the Russians, and the Russians have numerous strategic interests in the Region, including the oil in the Caspian SEA. The Russians broke the agreement they had with NATO and beat NATO to Pristina and took over a strategic military position -the Airport- as soon as the bombing was over. Know one can say at this point how the new leaders of Yugoslavia will embrace the West. If the new leaders are seen as turning over control of Serbia to the West militarily or economically we just might see a civil war without Milosovic.
The KLA that was just 2 months prior to the bombing of Yugolslavia were descibed by British Intellegence as narco trafficers are now paid staff of NATO in Kosovo. Albanian Nationalism is rising.
Rather than getting rid of Milosovic being the end of instabiltiy in the region, it may be the begining of yet even more instabiltiy.
I suspect that the percieved instability ain't going to encourage European money flow into the stock market. State side it may not have much effect, more gloom and doom on the boob tube over the week end, I don't know.
Again, not trying to start a political discussion, just thought it was relevant because of money flow. Things ain't gettin more stable in Yugoslavia in the month of October and Grandpa still ain't got enough gaz money for da Dragula. Actually someone told me that while Grandpa was away trying to get gaZ mOney da neighborhood hoooodlumz stuffed dem tail pipes full of sweet potatozzz and took a look under da hood. Don knOw if idz true Jusd wud AH hEaRd.
Would'nt surprise me if Saddam pulls something soon.
