FWIW, Contractual obligations may have forced the AGCX offering to be made by this date. Giving GBLX the benefit of the doubt, the consequences of negotiating a new contract might be more onerous than coming out at a 50% discount.

Also consider the shares taken out of the public IPO that were picked up by Goldman Sachs (7 mil), Salomon Smith Barney (7 mil) and Pacific Global Group Inc. i.e., Winnick (3 mil). Interpreting this in a positive light, they see this as a steal.
