Susan: Just looked up ECGOF. I have a computer program called VectorVest ProGraphics. It computes the value at $13.20, and shows great fundamentals. But the chart and market action is technically weak, and is rated as a "sell." But it is one to watch, and buy on dips for the longer run. Maybe wait until it begins showing signs of life. I think this may be a very good value at this level. However, the computed value has a declining trend, which may explain the market weakness. The sellers are probably selling for a reason unknown to you and me. Regards, Russ
