Frank,Yaacov I have been reading about the SEC and congress wanting to change from a fractional to decimal system in stock pricing. usatoday.com Im a bit confused on what difference this is really going to make and how this will save investors brokerage fees??? I would like to hear what your opions are about this. Thanks!! Take Care Ann P.S. ALWAYS keep some investments liquid - My Central Air Conditioner Died saturday night (friday was 93 and saturday was 90). There went the money I was going to put into JNJ and PG this month. Oh well Life happens!!! :-)
