Just got off the phone with two investors who attended todays meeting. Phase II Cotara finished by year end Data presented sometime during first Q 2001 Phase III starting during the 3rd Q Supergen deal close to being finalized We are in negotiations with a number of companies. Schering is one of the smaller ones we are talking to. 2C3 looking superior to other products A Swiss company has confirmed success with VTA (2C3?) Didn't get all of that. In contact with numerous companies who may be infringing on our patents. It's better to do this now before they sink hundreds of millions into their research and figure it's cheaper to fight us as they already have invested so much money. Negotiations still ongoing for Cotara targeting. Results looking very promising Future financing not going to happen via license deals. We will still be using LOC. That's it for my notes. Everything was clear except what the Swiss company verified. I believe it was VTA. 2C3 I'm not sure of. Everything else was pretty much as we already know. What a hurting week all around. OUCH! Fairways and Greens Terry PS. A company trading sub dollar was mentioned in the report as was one trading in the $3 range. Our price wasn't the reason then.
