was never good at accounting but would not you want to review yours?
Example #1: determination of the so called "good will" :-))
Example #2: when did they change the definition of "tangible equity"?
Example #3: Since when the liquidation "good will" is equal to accounting one? Same goes for "tangible assets"

ps remember that accounting should have some ties to reality either it statutory, gaap or value based.....
