Hmmmm... Looks like this is one Captain that refuses to go down with his ship... I think I read something about this Kricfalusi fellow somewhere some time ago. Can't remember for sure though. Mr. Sylver must be pretty certain of what happened if he filed a lawsuit though. As amateur cybersleuths, I think we should help him in his quest to uncloak any rascal that may have published or caused to be published any false or misleading press releases. Not naming any names here or accusing anyone specific. I have a plan. First of all we'll have to find Mr. Kricfalusi. Then we'll take a plaster cast of his feet. From the casts, we can accurately determine his shoe size. Next we'll go to Las Vegas and abscond with the accounts payables file. Then all we'll need to do is compare Mr. Kricfalusi's shoe size with the size on the payables' box. Voila. If the shoe fits... KJC
