RS.. Knowing BLS.. I would not doubt your thesis. But given your theory that the 100 million Bear S. and the 56 million partner equity would satisfy the covenant;s as "Revenue".. Then why wouldn't the June 250 million drawn/defaulted loan from Chase be considered as revenue.. Then we wouldn't even need the Bear S. deal.. Let alone the "attitude" in which it is being executed.. Heck, you would think the world was going to end next week or something! PCSTEL
