It'll be mayhem on NASD... they'll be calling the pro's up busting trades where a pro put a $1 bid on instinet for a stock crashing through $20, and some dope hit's it.. it'll be a nightmare... pro will claim he took risk, and already sold it, etc etc... Ugh.
