Historically we have tested the low in Sept Oct. time frame, after the first rebound fails. This year it's almost certain that will happen. Why? After such a large drop, many investor will still being in pain and will sell into the first rise after a large drop. So, try not to buy the first bounce it will most likely be a failed recovery. Rarely do we every get a V bottom after big drop like we are seeing now. I do not fear this selling. I fear a side way market more then anything. I will be real happy if we get to 2800, but I would take 3155 but triple bottoms are never good and prone to produce basing action. That's why 2800 would be better it would really wash the market out, and deals would be every where.
