Hi Robert,
Back in March or April of this past year I briefly investigated "Bear" mutual funds. It is my understanding that in Canada Mutual funds are not allowed to short. (I could be totally wrong). I also tried to purchase American Bear Mutual funds... but was stymied by my broker. (Apparently Canadians cannot purchase American funds that short the Market)BWDIK
