It means a lower low and technical confirmation of the Bear. A bear rally back to 3850 COMP would most likely result before another leg lower. But I think I'm getting a little to far ahead. Let's see if 3050 COMP holds first. That's the crucial test before capitulation results and your 2750 COMP target gets hit.

Nice to be optimistic, isn't it?

I'm still long and strong CMTN BTW.
