Well, glad you were able to finally figure that out X...

Now maybe you can understand why having a strictly constructionist Supreme Court is so important.

Once a liberal court subverts the strict interpretation of that legal foundation of our nation, there is no end to the social engineering that the Judicial branch can interpret into it.

Just 30 years ago, the thought of having an abortion was abhorrent to society. Now it's considered common place, all the way up to the point of actual childbirth.

Who's to say that 30 years from now, infanticide won't be considered acceptable and even encouraged for the purpose of population control?

And then maybe we'll see the law changed where young people will tire of paying for the elderly and we'll pass a set of laws where a cap is placed on the amount of medicine they can receive from the govt each year.

After all, they're all just a short step from death anyway... right?

Who knows, maybe your own views on morality will be considered reactionary 30 years from now....
