I am not acknowledging a "bear"

simply because that definition includes the SPX and DOW and we are a long ways away from that game.. Compx reaching these levels as I outlined are no more than a typical long-term "correction".

Bears of the 60s and 70s breached the retracement rule always.
Fibonacci retracements are Bull market parameters to watch for.
recent data suggests we are slowly breaking down, but I think we can recover still. 2700 to 2800 is about it.
