"Qualcomm Suing Info Leaks Friday October 06 08:51 PM EDT Late last month, Qualcomm Inc. (Nasdaq:QCOM - news) filed suit against six specific and 14 anonymous Internet users who posted messages in Yahoo and reportedly disseminated confidential company information. The company claims the information posted on the site is available only to employees, and that the employees violated their employment agreements when they posted it on the Internet. The suit accuses the defendants of breach of contract, breach of duty of loyalty, breach of confidence and unfair business practices.
