Razorbak,

It is obvious that you are versed in drilling stocks, their potential and the effect that oil & gas prices have on their rise and fall. Your post confirms what I have felt for a long time. IMO slight inflation would be a blessing to the drillers and their stock price. The one big problem with the drillers is hiring and maintaining good personnel. They can only do this with increased wages and perks. The 3-D seismic has resulted in a better success ratio for the producers and therefore they can spend more for the day rates. They really don't have much choice, regarding day rates. They are all scrambling for the rigs that are available. Thanks for a good post. Jim.
