ATS Money Systems to supply native Windows NT Cash Office Automation System
to Dayton Hudson

ENGLEWOOD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 1997--ATS Money Systems Inc.
(OTCBB:ATSM) announced today the signing of a contract with Dayton Hudson
Corp. to develop a native Windows NT(R) version of the new ATS CP-4000
Automated Retail Cash Office System.

The pilot of the ATS CP-4000 is expected to begin in Target Stores, a
division of Dayton Hudson Corp., in August, 1997.

The total value of the contract for the software license and support
services is in excess of $1,000,000. In addition, ATS anticipates the sale
of hardware in conjunction with the contract.
