The best time to buy semi equips is when they look like value stocks.

Especially when there is panic. That's the time to really back up the truck.

Right now, the value is pretty good, but there's no panic. Doesn't mean there will be panic soon, though.

BTW, for a long-term perspective, we're below the 13.50 where Mr. Denaro bought his stock, when he started this thread Feb. 1996. If he held his shares, he was underwater for > 3 years, breaking even only a year ago. Over the last 12 mos. he would have been in the black, but now he's back in the red.
