I just got off the phone with the company. Here's what they had to say:
1. As previously posted, we can expect this halt to be for at least a few weeks.

2. A news release is expected on Tuesday to announce the change of business.

3. The company has done it's DD with respect to the tech company and is comfortable. We'll be told who the new player is in the NR.

4. A sponsor has been lined up and the sponsor has also done their DD and are comfortable. The sponsor will be submitting a letter to the CDNX requesting that the CDNX accept the sponsor's DD. This is an effort to allow the company to resume trading as soon as possible because, as we all know, the CDNX is backlogged. They are going to request a full trading resumption. The sponsor will be identified in the NR.

5. The company's intention is to eventually divest itself of its mining properties.
