A later article in our Rocky Mountain News of Denver stated no charges were even brought(no on-line reference available). Here in Colorado we enjoy protection in both criminal & civil courts. The important factors I was bringing forward were: People's lives & property are saved by firearm ownership When reported by the anti-firearms lobby these numbers will show up as "needless firearms deaths" when they should be reported as lives saved.
