Jim,
I quickly looked at some data I have on the NDX and in the recent past (last few years or so? need to verify), the lowest closing price has diverged south of the 200dma was on 5/24/00... until this Fri's close which just edged it lower.

COMPX 200dma divergence is still a few % pts away however.
SPX and INDU are nowhere near.
