Nonsense for sure. These promotions pop up in every up cycle<g> This gem from the dude's pitch about who they'll sell these "franchises" to is enough by itself for a good chuckle, "...and others who are not presently in the oil business". Translation? People with no experience in the oil biz should be "easy marks" for this scam<G>. PT Barnum is alive and well every time there's a big bull market in ANY sector. IMHO this is just the usual reminder of what we'll see late in the cycle. Say a couple of years from now, AFTER the W.S. Investment Bankers have finished marketing all the quality O&G IPOs....
