What we have here in this fellow, folks, is evidence that it is as hard for a short to see the truth and call a bottom as it is for a long to see the truth and call a top. Nevertheless, his remarks should not be allowed to pass without rebuttal: This guy ignores the most important thing happening with this company at this time, and has incorrect information or is lying about two material facts. The most important thing that is happening with the company is the fact that what has really happened is that MMGR and M. Wygod have taken it over. There should be no other single factor in the mind's of longs than the fact that M. Wygod has an absolutely impeccable track record in so far as increasing shareholder value. Additionally, this is not the result of his single-handed efforts; he has a team. There is no better bet for a long than on the management of the company in which he invests. The two material facts that have been misunderstood or misrepresented are the book value which fails to take into consideration the value of the sale of Porex, which should bring it up to $7/9/shr., and the fact that there is in fact a clearly stated business model. That it makes no sense to this fellow makes clear sense to me. As for the prediction of a reverse split, my suggestion is that this is the best indication of the foolish nature of this man's thinking. mo
