Your message implies that company management is the cause of the downturn. I see no evidence to support that. With the company, and its industry, experiencing an unprecedented boom in business, it is clear that the stock's slump is due to macro-economic events which are completely beyond the control of any one company's management.

As for when to buy, forget price targets. That is just guesswork. In the last two downturns, buying when the company had a layoff worked well, but we are a long way off from that, IMO. (No guarantees, of course.)
